Registration fees includes congress materials, publication of article in the journal, admission to all scientific sessions and exhibitions, refreshments, lunches, opening ceremony and closing ceremony.
Banquet dinner is to be booked separately for the interested participants.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund of registration fees (50%) will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances up to 7 November 2019. After this date, no cancellations will be allowed or refunds made.
The refund will be made after the conference.
InCoSci-Tech 3 regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. If a participant is unable to attend the Congress, a substitute is welcome to attend at no extra charge. Please advise the Congress Secretariat of full details of a substitute delegate in writing.
Refund of the registration fees (50%) will only be allowed, should the Congress be cancelled due to Force Majeure Events (earthquakes, floods, epidemics, etc.).
