Invitation to InCoSci-Tech 3, Maynilà, Philippines

We are pleased to invite scientists, engineers, students, industrial practitioners and public as a whole to the 3rd International Congress on Science & Technology 2019 (InCoSci-Tech 3) to be held in Manila, Philippines from 5 - 7 December 2019. InCoSci-Tech 3, formally known as ICST is the third in the series following the success of the ICST1 in Bali in 2017 and ICST2 in Phuket in 2018.

We are interested to know latest research progress from the previous participants as well as to learn new research advancement from other researchers around the world.

Look forward to having your presentation during the InCoSci-Tech 3 in Manila this December.

Closure of Full Paper/Abstract and Registration Form Submission

Due to time constrain in administrating and processing new participation in InCoSci-Tech 3, we regret to inform that we are no longer accepting any submission effective from 19 October 2019.

Those who made their submission after this date are advised to resubmit to InCoSci-Tech 4 scheduled to be held in July 2020, in Vietnam.

We will make this suggestion in reply to their submission form accordingly.

Normal Submission and Registration Deadline Extended Until 19 October 2019

We received request from authors to extend the deadline for normal submission round as it is difficult to get sponsor for late paper submission fees. This is especially that we are getting closer to year end. Therefore, we have extended the deadline for normal submission and registration to 19 October 2019. However, for this extension, registration should come together with full paper, and will be published in Volume 1, Advances in Science and Technology 2020, Transactions on Science and Technology, scheduled to be published in April 2020. Submission of abstract only will be considered for publication in second volume of conference proceedings, Advances in Science and Technology 2020 Volume 2, Transactions on Science and Technology, scheduled to be published in July 2020.

As some authors prefer to present without paper publication, abstract only submission is also welcomed. All submitted abstracts will be included together in softcopy of conference's program book.

You are encourage to submit your full paper at this stage. However, abstract only submission and presentation are also accepted without paper publication.
